Usui Reiki
This therapy can be described as Universal life-force energy and it is channeled through the practitioner’s hands for self-treatment or treatment of others.
I feel it’s like being tucked away in a warm blanket of light, or as if I’m wrapped up like a cocoon. My teacher Norja mentioned “one hour of Reiki is like 3-4 hours of solid sleep”. I have to say I agree! I have felt this in both in person and remote sessions.
The result of receiving Reiki is enhanced health and well- being on one or all o
f the physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual levels. I find it brings great balance to healing sessions, especially when used with crystal healing.
Many clients I work on comment that they think I’m holding their feet the entire time, which is a relaxing thought just on it’s own. Note I am not holding their feet, but this demonstrates the power of Reiki energy and how a person can feel it in a physical manner. Profound sensations occur just as much in remote sessions, it’s just like with Crystal Healing and is available Remote, and can be included in consulting packages.
